1. Processing Time

2. Shipping Timelines (India)

• Tier-1 Cities: 1 - 3 business days after dispatch
• Tier-2 Cities: 3 - 5 business days after dispatch
• Tier-3 & Rural Areas: 3 - 7 business days after dispatch

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Express Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• COD available up to ₹10,000. Above this, only prepaid orders are accepted.

4. Tracking Orders

• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
• Customers can track orders anytime through our website.

5. International Shipping (if applicable)

• We ship to select international locations. Shipping charges & delivery timelines vary.
• Customs duties/taxes (if any) are borne by the customer.
