Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

 

1. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • For COD orders: if already dispatched, please refuse delivery.

  • For prepaid orders: accept delivery, then request a return.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer 15-day returns/exchanges from the date of delivery.

  • Eligible only for unused, unworn jewellery in original packaging with invoice & certificates.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, or without original packaging are not eligible.

  • Exclusions: Personalized/engraved jewellery, gift cards, hygiene-sensitive products (like earrings in some cases), and sale items.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the product is received & inspected, refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 - 10 business days.

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed to the customer's bank/UPI details provided during the return request.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may opt for an exchange of the same value or higher (by paying the difference).

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

5. Damaged / Incorrect Items

  • In the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
